👉 Adding beneficiaries by csv file and distribution of titles
If you have chosen to define yourself (as admin) the distribution of paper/ dematerialized meal vouchers, your order must be made only by importing a csv file. As a reminder, here is how to order with a csv file: How to place an order with an Excel file?
When you access the File Submission screen, you can generate a file directly in the correct format, and check "Manage Title Distribution".
👀 If you apply the same allocation to all your beneficiaries: 🙅 You do not need to check this box. Securities will be automatically allocated according to the default rate.
👀 If you opt for individualized distributions for each beneficiary: ✅ You must check this box. When generating the command file, a "Rate" column will be added. You will need to fill in this column with the rate to apply on each command line.
👀 If you have chosen to allow your beneficiaries to choose their own rate: ⛔️ This box will not be offered. The securities will be automatically allocated at the rate chosen by the beneficiary.
💡 Info
If a beneficiary has only paper securities, no card is created.
🚛 Delivery
On each command line, you will need to enter the code and the recipient service label. This will allow subpacking of paper titles by department. Here is an example order file:
💸 Order finalization and payment
After submitting your file, you can continue your order process until it is paid and validated.
💸 Invoices
You can find your invoices on your administrator space Restaurant titles:
- Menu “Orders & invoices”
- Go to the relevant order
- Click on “Download invoices” two invoices will be available (for paperless and paper securities)
