Understanding my mobility kitty

💡 Important

Legally, the funds still belong to you until they have been spent by your employees, even if you did place an order for them.

You can find more granularity on the available balance, by clicking on the Details button, next to New Order.

We'll explain what each line means below 👇

💰 Actual balance of your corporate account

The actual balance of your company account is the sum of the balance remaining to be spent by your employees, the refunds currently being processed and the balance available for your next mobility orders.

💰 Allocated amount to your collaborators for the current year

The allocated amount to your collaborators for the current year corresponds to the funds available to date in your employees' accounts. Funds that you have credited to your beneficiaries by placing an order. Only funds that have not yet been spent are shown.

Refund amounts being processed are not yet debited from your company account.

👀 Here's an example to make it more telling: Your employee makes a refund request for €73,45 which is accepted by customer services. These funds go out of the employee's Swile account, and come back as ‘being processed’ (while the bank transaction takes place).

The employee's Iban is correct: the €73,45 is taken out of your kitty and transferred to the beneficiary's bank account.

💰 Balance available for future orders

The balance available for future orders does not include sums creited to your employees or pending refunds. It only includes the amount actually available to place a new order.

This is the amount that appears first, next to the Details button.
