You have already activated your account, and you have received your physical Swile card and now want to use it, here's how to activate it quickly!
Depending on the type of card you have received, you may or may not need to activate it. To find out, go to My Swile Cards section of your account, choose the card you have (check the last 4 digits to make sure you have chosen the right card) and see if you can view the option Activate my card.
If so, just click on it and enter the 9 digits on the back of your card to activate of your Swile card. 🎉
If that is not the case, your card has been sent already active, and you can directly use it. You will just have to make a first payment with your PIN code.
How do I activate my Swile Card from my computer
Follow the steps :
- Once logged into your Swile account, click on the my Swile Cards section.
- Find the card to activate (Check the last 4 digits).
- Then click on Activate my card and fill in the 9 digits on the back. To finalize the activation, click Activate my card immediately.
How do I activate my card from my Swile App? 📱
Follow the steps :
- Once logged into your Swile account, go to the two card icon 
in the bottom of your Swile app. If you view 4 icons, select the last one at the bottom right 
, then my Swile Cards section.
- Find the card to activate (Check the last 4 digits).
- All you have to do is click on Activate my card, enter the 9 digits on the back of your card and click on Activate!
My account is not yet activated

The identifier (the 9 digits on the back of the card)seems incorrect.
At Swile, it's possible to have several cards at the same time!
If the error message below appears, it means that the card you received is not the one you are trying to activate.
To view all the attached cards from your Swile App, remember to swipe to the right. Then select the card you have in your hands (take a look at the last 4 digits) and enter the identifier to activate it.
Good to know
The 9 digits on the back of your card let you access your PIN. To see it, click on Show PIN code .
💡 Your first payment must be made with your PIN (not contactless).
