What do I do if my beneficiary has lost his Swile card?

In the event of loss, your beneficiary must declare their card as lost on their Swile account. They can then order a new card directly from their account 🚀

We advise you to send him our dedicated help page: Your Swile card has been stolen or lost, what should you do?

💡 Good to know

  • You have no action to take as an administrator
  • No billing will take place following the ordering of your beneficiary's new card
  • If your beneficiary has another active card on their account, they will not be able to order an additional one
  • In the event of a problem, we invite your beneficiary to contact us directly.
