To manage the settings for your meal voucher programme, log in to your administrator account and go to the Settings section. Here you will find the following functions:

🗣 Language
You can select the language you wish to apply by default to your beneficiaries' Swile accounts and the communications we send.
💶 The value of meal vouchers
By clicking on Modify, you can redefine the amount of a meal voucher (face value) and the employer's share of the cost (in %).
👀 Using meal vouchers
You can activate:
- The use of the card on Sundays and public holidays. This setting applies to all your users and should only be applied if beneficiaries work on these days. Urssaf regularly checks this point ❗ To find out more, see: How do I activate the use of meal vouchers on Sundays and public holidays?
- Automatic carryover of meal vouchers at the end of the year. This option is activated by default. Your beneficiaries' meal vouchers will automatically be carried over to the next calendar year. You can deactivate it if required. To find out more, see : Length of validity of meal vouchers (automatic carryover).
💡 Activating these options will be applied to all your beneficiaries. You will still be able to make individual changes from your employees' profiles (My beneficiaries section).
🚚 Delivery address
By default, your beneficiaries order their cards themselves. However, if you decided when setting up your account (with your account manager) to be responsible for ordering cards, this option allows you to define the address in your company to which you will receive Swile cards.
You can add several delivery addresses. Simply select the one you want when you place your order. Enter a default address by clicking on the star ⭐️
Give as much information as possible to make your address as accurate as possible:
- Company name (make sure it is clearly visible on your letterbox)
- Building type
- Floor
- ...
💡 This field is limited to 38 characters (so don't hesitate to use the address complement).
💸 Billing address
The billing address is unique and can be changed at any time. The billing centre identifier will be entered in the case of a multi-company order. To find out more, see: Enter or change my company's billing address
