Here are some things to consider when paying with your Swile meal vouchers on Uber Eats.
Registering your Swile account
You need to link your Swile account to your Uber Eats account. Here's how.
Filter restaurants that accept Swile
You can see restaurants where you can use your meal vouchers with the Swile accepted filter. To do so, simply click on meal vouchers among the filters on the right, then on Swile accepted .
The Swile accepted filter doesn't work
At checkout, you don't have the possibility to select Swile even though you have filtered the restaurants that accept this method of payment?
We are very sorry for this. We're actively working with Uber Eats so that there are no more filtering issues in the future! It's a lot of work, but we'll get there. In the meantime, try your luck with another restaurant! You have also the possibility to request a refund to our support team.
The order total
You can pay up to €38 in restaurants that accept Swile and are approved for the higher spending limit. Sundays and holidays included. For other merchants such as supermarkets and catering services, you can pay up 19 €, from Monday to Saturday and holidays not included.
My basket is not valid
Your meal voucher card allows you to buy food products only. Alcohol is unfortunately not one of them. Therefore, you can't pay for an order that includes alcohol. 🥂
Also, check that your meal voucher balance is sufficient to pay for your order. You can do this by checking your Swile account.
Delivery costs are not covered by your Swile account: make sure you have added an additional bank card to your Uber Eats account to complete your order.
I have entered Apple Pay as the default payment method
If payment via Apple Pay is saved as the default payment method on your Uber Eats mobile app, you won't be able to use your meal vouchers. Disable this function and add your bank card to pay for your order.
