You can spend your gift vouchers on our Deals & Discounts, in stores or online. To get an overview of the merchants that accept this payment method, go to your Swile App in the Where to spend section.
All the merchants where you can spend your gift vouchers (depending on your benefit: Adult, Child, Baby or Culture) are on the map. Click on the points to see store details. If the merchant where you want to spend your benefits doesn't show up on the map, all you have to do is apply for eligibility. We can then verify the merchant and make it visible on the map for your next purchase.
How?
Go to your Swile App then to the last icon on the right of the screen.
Click on Where to spend to access the map. All you have to do is click on Suggest a merchant or a website, enter the information relating to the business you wish to list and then click on Validate. A message is automatically sent to our team who will get back to you as soon as possible.
