What precautions should I take with my phone?

My phone was lost or stolen

If you had installed the Swile App or added your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, here are some steps to take: - Change your Swile password: we'll explain how to do this here

  • Contact us so that we can delete your virtual cards and disconnect you from your account on all the devices where you were connected.

I’m getting rid of my phone

If you intend to part with your mobile, here is what to do to secure your Swile account: - Delete the Swile App.

 

  • Delete your Swile App. 
  • Delete your virtual cards on Apple Pay/Google Pay.
  • Disconnect your Swile account from delivery apps such as UberEats & Deliveroo.
