At Swile, we're aware that the payment experience on delivery platforms is not up to speed. We're on it! We're trying to find solutions as fast as possible.
You weren't able to pay with your Swile Card on the platform, so you had to use another method of payment?
If this is the case and in order for you to have full access to your meal voucher balance, we suggest that you transfer funds to your bank account from your Swile account. That way, it's as if you had paid with your Swile Card!
Upon presentation of supporting documents (and within the limit of the daily legal allowance), we can credit your Swile account with the cost of the order (delivery fees not included) in order to reimburse the bank account used for payment.
In order to transfer funds, we need to verify that the restaurant you ordered at accepts meal vouchers. And if so, for what amount (€19 or €38)?
For this, we need your invoice.
💻 Computer : → Menu → Order History → Choice of order → Download the invoice.
After verifying eligibility, we'll send you a response by email:
- The establishment is eligible, we'll ask you for your RIB so that we can make the transfer.
- The establishment is not eligible, we'll explain why it's not. In this case a refund won't be possible.
Keep in mind! We won't be able to transfer funds if you've attempted to pay directly with your Swile Card on Uber Eats or Deliveroo.
