An ex-employee who already had a Swile account is returning to your company? You have the hand to reintegrate his account into your list of your beneficiaries đ
- On your admin space, go to the menu meal vouchers
- Click on Beneficiaries
- Click on Filter > check Desactivated account > Validate
- Once the filter is filled, search for the beneficiary
Click on Reintegrate beneficiary - The action is taken into account immediately and your employee is again attached to your entity đ
You can now place an order by including your employee again without the risk of blocking the order.
đ Do you need to order a new card?
If your employee still has a Swile card, it remains attached to his or her account. It is therefore not necessary to order a new one!
