👩‍💻 Accessing the CSE space

To manage the entire platform, go to your user space and then to the CSE tab. You'll have the same view as your beneficiaries, with two additional buttons : New article and Settings.

🗣 “New article” tab

 

✍️ Creating and editing a new article

 

Simply click on New article to create a... new article 😄

You can :

- Add or modify a cover photo
- Enter a title
- Write the article in the dedicated field
- To access editing functions, click on the + (or type / on your keyboard)

 

 

📆 Publication of an article

 

Once it's ready, you can publish it and alert your colleagues by notification or email.

 

⚙️ Settings tab

After clicking on Settings, you can manage the following tabs :

 

 

🤩 Customization

 

Here you can :

- Add and/or modify the name of your CSE
- Add a logo (click on mceclip7.png)
- Check/uncheck the sections you want your beneficiaries to see at the bottom of the page.

 

This is how your beneficiaries will see their My CSE space 🎉

 

 

🤝 CSE elected officials

 

This section enables you to introduce your CSE's elected officials to your beneficiaries. To do this :

- Click on Add
- Click on Create a new member
- Fill in the information then click on Add

You can then modify or delete the member by clicking on ...

 

✍️ Articles

 

To create an article, click on the Articles tab, then Add. To find out more about creating and publishing an article, see the explanations just above 👆
On this page, you can :

- Find all your articles, draft or published
- Manage the content and status of your articles by clicking on ...

 

📑 Documents

 

This tab allows you to make documents available to your beneficiaries.

- Click on the Documents tab, then Add
- A window appears on the right-hand side of your screen, prompting you to add a folder or file. Drag the document you wish to share and click on Add.

- Once a folder or file has been created, you can open, rename or delete it.
