To credit mobility benefits to your beneficiaries, you must first fund your mobility kitty by making a bank transfer. This article explains how to do this đ
đ° How do you credit your mobility kitty?
Your mobility kitty has its own bank details. You can retrieve this RIB directly from your administrator area.
- Go to your mobility account
- Click on the Details button next to New order.
This is a standard bank transfer, so please allow 3 days for the funds to be received.
đ©âđ» How can I find out how much money is left in my kitty ?
You can view the amount available directly in your admin area, next to the New Order button, once the transfer has been received in the kitty.
đ Important
đ The RIB of your kitty is only dedicated to the credit of mobility benefits for your employees and not to the payment of service fees. For the latter, Swile's RIB will be indicated on each invoice.
đ You have a specific kitty for each program. The RIB for your mobility kitty is therefore not the same as that for your gift kitty.
