This article explains how to create your employees' profiles and allocate their mobility benefits.
📌 Important
To be able to place your order and distribute the amount of benefits to your employees, the overall sum to be allocated must be available in your kitty. To find out more, see: How do you fund your kitty to allocate mobility benefits?
Once the sum is available in your kitty, you can credit your employees 👇
- Go to your Swile administrator area, Mobility tab
- Click on the button. You will be taken to the screen for preparing your CSV file, where you can create the profiles of your employees and enter the amount to be credited to each one.
- Customise your order to suit your needs in the Optional fields section: Before uploading the file for placing the order, customise your order to suit your needs. Slide the button on the right to activate the options. Example: you can add personnel numbers for your employees or choose a specific billing code for your order (if you have several billing centres).
This information will be automatically added to the template to be downloaded, and you will see instructions on how to fill it in when you prepare your order.
- Click on Upload my file.
- Fill in your file according to the instructions and save it.
- Return to your Swile space and import your CSV file
- Choose the date on which your employees will receive an activation email (for new beneficiaries only)
- Select the date on which the mobility benefits will be credited. Your employees will be notified on this date that their account has been topped up! 💰
- Check that all your order details are correct and confirm 🙌
