This article explains when and how to cancel a mobility order👇
- Access your mobility administrator area
- Click on the Orders tab
- Click on the line of the order concerned
- Click on the Cancel button, then confirm the cancellation.
If you go back to the Orders menu, you'll see that its status has changed!
📌 What should I do if the order can no longer be cancelled?
If the order has the status processing in progress or Order processed, then it has already been taken into account by our platform, and it will no longer be possible to prevent its execution.
👉 If you have overcharged an employee and would like to remove part of the amount credited to their account, please contact us.
👉If you have credited less than the desired amount, you can place an additional order by clicking on New Order.
