You have 2 ways to pay with your benefits
1) Pay directly with your Swile Card.
Yes! You can pay for your public transport subscription directly with your Swile Card.
What you’ll need:
- sufficient balance in your mobility account.
- Pay Plus option activated that covers the amount of your contribution.
OR
- balance on your personal account credited that covers the amount of your contribution.
Example:
You have a Navigo subscription for €75.20 and your company covers 50% of the cost. You must activate Pay Plus or credit your personal account with at least half the cost, so €37.60. Swile automatically debits each account accordingly (€37.60 on your mobility account and €37.60 at your expense).
2) Submit a refund request.
