Does your entity benefit from the “Surveys” feature? Here's all the information you need to make the most of it. To get started, go to your administrator space, Surveys tab.

👩💻 Create a new survey
Here you can create a survey to send to your colleagues: simply click on Create new survey.
- Determine the language, name and description of the survey, then click Next.
- Select the desired survey type (scale, single choice, multiple choice, eNPS, open question or quiz) and ask the question of your choice.
- Repeat the above step as many times as you need to add questions, then click Next
- Choose the audience you want to send this survey to (you can set up teams), then click Next.
- Write a thank-you message, and schedule a frequency if necessary, a reminder and the duration of the campaign.
Important
To send the survey, you must complete Select the time to send. You can pause survey creation by clicking on the Save draft button.
🧐 History and details of your surveys
Once you've set up your surveys, you'll be able to see their status (on going, draft, paused, archived).
📌 You can modify a survey's parameters by clicking on the ... at the end of the survey's line.
🥸 Analyze survey feedback
- Questions tab: You'll find access to the main survey response statistics and data such as : response rate, survey closing date. This tab also allows you to obtain response details.
- Heatmap tab: This tab enables you to export response statistics according to various statistical criteria (seniority, age, etc.).
Understanding the other tabs in the Surveys menu
✍️ “Employee feedback” tab
Here, you'll be able to get a visual idea of your employees' responses, and answer them anonymously if the questionnaire was set up as such.
👨🦰 “Beneficiaries” tab
In this tab, you'll find all the beneficiaries in your program to whom you can send a survey, as well as the team to which they belong.
🤝 “Teams” tab
👉 Add a team
You can create a new team by clicking on Add team :
Determine the team name, whether it will be attached to another team, the team type and tags, then click Create team
👉 Manage teams
Once you have completed the above step, you can add members and managers by clicking on Add, then Save employees.
To remove a beneficiary from a team, click on the team, then on the ... at the end of the beneficiary's line and click on Remove from team.
