How do I remove a gift voucher beneficiary ?

If a beneficiary leaves your company, we advise you to remove them from the platform. Here's how to proceed :

- Search for the beneficiary in collaborators or in the beneficiaries tab of the Gift voucher menu.
- Click on the beneficiary's name
- Click on Remove from program

💸 Remaining balance and other programs
When you remove a beneficiary from the gift voucher program, they retain their remaining gift voucher balance until their voucher expires (one year from the last refill date).

What's more, the removal of a beneficiary is managed by program, so if the beneficiary is also on meal vouchers, for example, he or she will have to be removed from this program too.
