We offer all SNCF train tickets (TGV, TER & OUIGO), Eurostar, Trenitalia (including Frecciarossa), Renfe and Lyria, at the same prices as on the official websites of these rail companies. By law, these companies are required to sell us tickets at the same prices as on their own online sales platforms.
If you notice a price difference, it’s more likely to be due to discount cards or travel dates, rather than a technical issue.

Our prices are comparable to those on the airlines’ own websites. However, you might find cheaper deals on some less reputable public travel sites. But every extra option will cost more, and getting in touch with their customer support can be a real challenge.
Our suppliers include the biggest names in the market (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) as well as direct hotel chains. For hotels, the prices you see on Swile Travel are those we receive directly from our partners. These rates may include different elements: the net room price, our service fees, and a built-in commission, which varies depending on the supplier.
All prices shown on Swile Travel are prepaid. You won’t need to pay anything at the hotel, except for a tourist tax if it hasn’t already been included in the amount paid. Please note, some hoteliers may not read our payment instructions in full and might ask you to pay again—if this happens, don’t hesitate to contact us on +33 1 84 80 38 80 (available 24/7) and we’ll sort it out for you!
As soon as your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a confirmation number by email, which you can show at the hotel to access your room.
On Swile Travel, you’ll find almost all the major car hire companies, both nationally and worldwide (Ada, Enterprise, Budget, Europcar, Sixt, Avis and many more). You can, for example, choose the type of vehicle, your preferred gearbox, or the option to return the car in a different city.
