Withdrawing a mobility beneficiary

If a beneficiary of the mobility program leaves your company, we advise you to remove them from the platform. Here's how to proceed:

  • Search for the beneficiary in ‘Employees’ or in the ‘Beneficiaries’ menu of the Mobility menu
  • Click on the beneficiary's name
  • Click on Remove from program

💡 Warning
When you withdraw one of your beneficiaries from the program, they immediately lose their entire mobility balance, which will be transferred to your company kitty.
Also, if they had submitted an invoice reimbursement request, this will be automatically closed.
