You can add one or more administrators to help you manage mobility benefits. This person will need to be created in the list of beneficiaries (if they do not have mobility benefits, you will simply need to create them and not credit them).
👉 If the person to be added as admin is already in the beneficiaries list
- Search for the employee in the ‘Collaborators’ tab or in the ‘Beneficiaries’ tab of the mobility program
- Click on the employee's name
- Select the relevant program from the tabs at the top
- Click on ‘Edit’ > ‘Role’ > ‘Admin’.
- Validate
👉 If the person to be added as admin is not (yet) in the beneficiaries list
- Click on new order
- Download the CSV file
- Complete your file, indicating F for Female or M for Male, and filling in the information requested. Set the amount to 0.
- Save the file, click on continue and then import it
- Choose the date for sending the invitation and the communication date
- As soon as your order is complete, the employee will appear directly in the beneficiaries.
- Then follow the process mentioned above ‘👉 If the person to be added as admin is already in the beneficiaries’.
