Choose the flight or the hotel that suits you on Swile Business Travel, and on the confirmation page, just before booking, fill in this case with your specific request 👇
Your booking will then be put on hold while it is manually processed by a member of our team.
✅ If you have ticked the Be called back box, and your request results in an additional cost to the rate you have selected, we will confirm the new amount with you before booking.
- ⏳ After booking
Send us a message by chat or via this form (which you can also find at the bottom of the page) stating your booking reference and the subject of your request.
🏨 Specific requests for hotels
- ⏳ During the booking
For hotels, special requests are made by ticking boxes. Your requests will be forwarded directly to the hotel, so that they can arrange a parking space for you or a late check-in for example.
The section Other requests for the hotelier will allow you to send a personalized request, as in the case of a special request for a flight.
