1. Before picking up the vehicle

You can cancel and request a new quote. All bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the contract.

2. After picking up the vehicle

After the vehicle has been picked up, any request for modification and/or extension must be made directly to the lessor, at least 24 hours before the date of return of the vehicle initially provided for in the contract.

The lessor reserves the right to refuse the modification and/or extension of the rental.

The conditions of this modification/extension become those of the lessor and no longer depend on Swile.
