If you have a complaint about a car rental booking, please fill in this form with the following information:

  • The reference of the reservation
  • The explanation of your complaint
  • The rental contract signed on site if you have it
  • The vehicle inspection documents (at pick-up and on return)
  • The rental company's invoice
  • The extract from your bank statement with the hirer's debit, if applicable
