Your train is about to depart and you can't find your ticket?

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, you will receive your electronic ticket by e-mail, in PDF format. If it is a Thalys train, the railway company, not Swile, will send you your ticket.

You can also download it at any time from our platform, on the confirmation page of your reservation. From Bookings then My trips, click on the trip concerned, then on E-ticket to obtain your travel document: 


⚠️ ATTENTION: You can also print your tickets free of charge from an SNCF terminal at the station, using your 6-digit booking reference.
