When and how is a reservation paid for?

🏦 When is a booking paid for?

As soon as a flight, train or hotel reservation is confirmed and the traveller receives a confirmation email, we are debited by our supplier.

We in turn initiate a direct debit strictly equal to the amount of the booking to your company's account, via the GoCardless solution.

🔗 How is a payment assigned to a billing entity and a payment method?

If your company has only filled in one billing entity and one payment method, by default the app will select the only ones available.

Otherwise (Premium accounts only), you can link one or more billing entities to a payment method, and add billing entities to a user.

A user will have access to all the payment methods linked to the billing entities he has access to. The user will be able to choose the best option when confirming a booking ⬇️
