How to Create and Manage Personalised Offers?

Does your Works Council have access to the "Personalised Offers" feature? In this article, we'll explain how to create personalised offers and manage requests from your beneficiaries 🤩

You can create offers for products, or for Chèques-Vacances (to help you simplify the process of preparing your Chèques-Vacances orders with the ANCV).

This whole module is managed in the Personalised Offers tab of your Gifts and Benefits admin area.

👩‍💻 Create a personalised offer for a product 
  • Click on Personalised Offers then on New Offer

  • Select Product

  • In the General Information section: Give your offer a title, add images/documents, and set who is eligible for this product. Click Next

  • In the Pricing section: Customise your offer by entering a title, the initial product price, the discount (as an amount or percentage), the maximum number of items per beneficiary, and the stock. Click Next

  • In the Publication section, set the duration of the offer, and choose whether to notify employees by notification and/or email. Click Next and your offer is confirmed 🚀 

🏝️ Create a personalised Chèques-Vacances offer  

Personalised "Chèques-Vacances" offers help you simplify the process of preparing your Chèques-Vacances orders with the ANCV. To create one:

  • Click on Personalised Offers then on New Offer

  • Select Chèques-Vacances

  • In the General Information section: Give your offer a title, add images/documents, and set who is eligible for this product. Click Next.
  • In the ANCV Details section: Specify whether you are offering paper cheques or ANCV Connect. Indicate your distribution method. 

  • In the Pricing section: Customise your offer by entering a title, a description, the maximum amount per beneficiary, and the discount to apply. Click Next

  • In the Publication section, set the duration of the offer, and choose whether to notify employees by notification and/or email. Click Next and your offer is confirmed 🚀 

🤩 Find your offers and manage requests   

In the Personalised Offers tab, you can find your current or archived personalised offers.

Click on the relevant offer to: 

  • See the offer details and stock
  • Accept/Reject and track requests from your beneficiaries 

After clicking on the offer, you'll find the list of requests to process at the bottom of the page. 

You can select several requests and choose to accept or reject them all at once. Alternatively, if you want more detail, by clicking on the beneficiary's name, you can:

  • Update the status of their request (pending / rejected / accepted)
  • See the linked offer
  • Enter payment details (amount, payment method and date). Swile does not provide a payment method for personalised offers, so you will need to manage payment directly with your beneficiaries.
