An alert is set up by default in your Gifts and Benefits area to let you know your remaining balance. The threshold is set at €1,000, but you can change this at any time.
The main aim of this alert is to make sure your employees can always use their shop allowances without the risk of your pot running out of funds.
Log in to your Gifts and Benefits admin area
Click the Credit button (top right) next to your available pot balance (which may be €0.00)
Change the amount at which administrators listed as billing contacts will be notified.
