This article is for Swile administrators placing Holiday Benefits orders. It explains the available payment methods and the rules to follow to ensure your order is processed quickly.
How do I pay for my Holiday Benefits order?
You can pay for your Holiday Benefits order by bank transfer. Payment by credit card and direct debit will be available soon.
How does payment by bank transfer work?
Once you’ve placed your Holiday Benefits order, you’ll receive bank details (RIB) and the amount to transfer. Your order will be processed as soon as Swile receives your transfer. Instant transfers are accepted.
Rules to follow:
- You can pay for multiple orders with a single transfer: just include the references for all your orders in the payment description, or make sure the amount matches the total of your orders exactly.
- Always include your order number in the payment description to ensure your order is processed quickly.
⚠️ The transfer must cover the full amount
For your Holiday Benefits order, the transfer must cover the full amount (order + any applicable fees).
Can I pay for my order by credit card?
Credit card payment is coming soon for Holiday Benefits orders.
Can I pay for my order by direct debit?
Direct debit for your Holiday Benefits orders is being rolled out. It will be available soon.
What happens if I transfer money to the old bank account?
If you make a transfer to an old Treezor bank account (your now closed pot account), your funds will be automatically returned to you within 24 to 48 hours.
⚠️ Use the new bank details
To pay for your Holiday Benefits order, always use the new bank details provided when you place your order, not an old Treezor account.
Can I use a credit note to pay for my order?
Yes. If you have a credit note, you can deduct it from the amount of your next order. The credit note must be used in full; any remaining balance should be paid by bank transfer. Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
