This article is for administrators of the Gifts and Benefits area who place Holiday Benefits orders. It details the available payment methods and the rules to follow to ensure your order is processed quickly.

How do I pay for my Holiday Benefits order?

There are currently two payment methods available for your Holiday Benefits order:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit or debit card

Direct debit payments will be available soon.

How do I pay for my order by bank transfer?

Once you’ve placed your Holiday Benefits order, pay by bank transfer using the bank details provided. Your order will be processed as soon as the transfer is received. Instant transfers are accepted.

The bank details are shown at the end of your order, before the final confirmation step. You can also find them by clicking on your order in the Campaigns tab of your Gifts and Benefits area.

Rules to follow:

  • Always include your order number in the reference of your transfer to ensure quick processing.
  • You can pay for multiple orders with a single transfer: include all your order references in the transfer reference, and make sure the amount matches the total of your orders exactly.

⚠️ The transfer must cover the full amount

For your Holiday Benefits order, the transfer must cover the full amount (order + any applicable fees).

How do I pay for my order by card?

You can pay for your Holiday Benefits orders by credit or debit card. This option is available at the end of your order, before the final confirmation step. If you pay by card:

  • The order will be processed on the scheduled date, subject to payment confirmation.
  • The order amount and any fees are paid in a single transaction.

Frequently asked questions about paying for my order

Can I pay for my order by direct debit?

Direct debit for your Holiday Benefits orders is being rolled out. It will be available soon.

What happens if I make a transfer to an old bank account?

If you make a transfer to an old Treezor bank account (your former pot account, now closed), your funds will be automatically returned within 24 to 48 hours.

⚠️ Use the new bank details

To pay for your Holiday Benefits order, always use the new bank details provided with your order, not an old Treezor account.

Can I use a credit note to pay for my order?
