How to interpret the details of the company fund in the Gifts and Benefits section?

Once your Gifts and Benefits fund has been topped up and your recipients have been credited, you can keep track of all the transactions in your fund đź’¸

  • Go to your Gifts and Benefits area
  • Click on the Accounting tab, then on Fund

You can download your fund statement for any dates you choose. Just like a regular bank statement, you'll see a line for every debit and credit. We explain everything below 👇

⬇️ The different types of debits 
  • Issuing vouchers (gift vouchers, culture vouchers and Holiday Benefits): Credits to your recipients' accounts 
  • Shop subsidy: Your contribution towards purchases made by your recipients in the Swile shop (e.g. discounted cinema tickets)
  • Outgoing transfer: Bank transfer from your fund to your company bank account 
⬆️ The different types of credits  
  • Incoming transfer: Bank transfer to top up your fund
  • Voucher decommission: Money transferred to your fund from your recipients' accounts (e.g. correcting a recipient credit error)
  • Voucher expiry: Expired vouchers returned from your recipients to your fund
  • Refund: Adjustments made by the Swile team 
  • Swile goodwill gesture: Payment made by Swile as part of a commercial agreement
🔢 The different transaction codes  

On your admin area screen, under each listed transaction, you'll find a code indicating the type of transaction.

  • TRA0001 = Order issued
  • TRA0002 = Decommission
  • TRA0003 = Expiry
  • TRA0005 = Incoming transfer
  • TRA0006 = Outgoing transfer
  • TRB0001 = Shop subsidy
  • TRB0002 = Subsidy
  • TRB0003 = Refund
  • TRB0004 = Swile goodwill gesture
