Can I book for travelers that belong from different teams ?

You can make cross-team bookings from your Swile Business Travel profile.

The only requirement is that all travelers are assigned to the same billing entity. If this is not the case, the platform will not allow you to make the booking.

How does the validation process work?

When a booking is made with collaborators belonging to several teams, all validators to whom the booking is sent will be able to confirm the booking.
