Having trouble logging in to your Swile account? It’s likely that something in your browser made us think you were a robot.
👩‍💻 If that’s the case, you’ll see the following message: We’re having trouble logging you in. Our login tool can’t identify you.
👉Why you might be blocked: things to check in your browser
- You’re using a VPN or a data centre IP address (try logging in with a different device or browser from the one where you saw the error message),
- You’ve made several login attempts in quick succession,
- Your browser might not be up to date,
- You’ve disabled cookies in your browser (see below for how to re-enable cookies in Google Chrome and Safari),
- A third-party browser extension (such as Ghostery or NoScript) is blocking JavaScript from running.
We recommend changing one of the settings above.
If you’ve disabled cookies, here’s what to do:
Google Chrome
- Open Google Chrome and click on the drop-down menu.
- Click on "Settings".
- Click on "Privacy and security"
- Click on "Third-party cookies".
- Under Cookies, select "Allow third-party cookies"
Safari
- Open Safari and click on the drop-down menu in the top right corner.
- Click on Preferences.
- Go to the Advanced tab and select Never under Block cookies to allow all cookies to be enabled.
- Close the window and refresh your browser.
- That’s it. Safari can now access cookies.
