👉Reasons for blocking: things to check on your browser
- You're using a VPN or data center IP (you can try connecting with a different device or browser from the one on which you got the error message),
- You have made numerous connection attempts in quick succession,
- Your browser may not be up to date,
- You have deactivated cookies in your browser (see below to reactivate cookies for Google Chrome and Safari),
- A third-party browser extension (such as Ghostery or NoScript) is preventing JavaScript from running.
We invite you to change one of the above settings.
If you have disabled cookies, here's how to proceed:
Google Chrome
- Open your Google Chrome browser and click on the drop-down menu.
- Click on “Settings”.
- Click on “Privacy & Security”.
- Click on “Third-party cookies”.
- Under Cookies, check the option “Allow third-party cookies”.
Safari
- Open the Safari browser, then click on the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner.
- Click on Preferences.
- Go to the Advanced tab and check the Never option under Block cookies to enable all cookies.
- Close the window and refresh your browser.
