Below the box where you need to enter the code, you can click on "Didn't receive the code". This time, you'll receive a code by SMS.
Click on "I don't have access to my email" if you no longer have access to it.
đ± If you haven't received the verification code by SMS
1. Check your phone number
Make sure the last 4 digits shown on the Swile screen match your current number.
If the number is incorrect: Let us know so we can update it for you.
2. Try sending it again
If the number is correct, there may be a network delay.
Standard login: Wait 30 seconds. The "Resend code" button will appear. Click it to receive a new SMS.
If the button doesn't appear, or if it's an SMS for an online order, wait 5 minutes before trying again.
3. Important information
No email option: For security reasons, if you're asked for a code by SMS to confirm an action, this is required. The code sent by SMS can't be sent by email.
Aeroplane mode: Make sure your phone has a good signal (turn aeroplane mode on and off to force a connection).
