How can I find a voucher I purchased on my Swile account?

On the Bons plans shop, you can buy vouchers, entry tickets, and tickets for shows or the cinema.

• We’ll send them to the email address you provided when placing your order.

• You can also find them directly in your Swile account. Here’s how to do it 👇​

• 📱 Via the app

• Tap Menu at the bottom of your screen.
• Tap My purchases
• Tap on the relevant order
• Tap Download your e-ticket

👨‍💻 On your computer

• Click on your initials (or your first name) at the top right of your Swile account
• Click on Order history.​
