Can I choose my seats from the seating plan for shows?

Would you like to book seats for a show via the Swile shop and are wondering if you can choose your seats directly on the seating plan? Here’s how it works.

🎭 Can I choose my seats on the plan?

The option to select seats on a plan is available for certain venues only, not all of them. When this option is available, it will appear directly on the show’s product page. Click on "Choose on plan", and pick your seats before adding them to your basket.

🤔 Why isn’t this option available for all shows?

This depends on the information provided by our ticketing supplier and the format it’s in. When the data allows us to display an interactive seating plan, we offer it on the product page. Otherwise, booking is done by price category.

👥 Will my seats be next to each other?

In most cases, yes: seats booked together are automatically allocated side by side. The seats you’ve been given will be shown in your basket before you confirm your order.

💡 Good to know: if you’re not offered seats together, it’s usually because there aren’t any left for that show.
