📍 Where to access customisation
From your Swile admin area, go to Gifts and perks > New campaign > Gift Vouchers, then at the Activation email customisation step. A live preview appears on the right side of the screen as you customise.
✍️ How do I customise the activation email message for Gift Vouchers?
When placing your Gift Voucher order, you can choose the message that will accompany the activation email sent to your recipients. You have two options:
- select one of the pre-written messages provided by Swile;
- write your own personalised message.
🖼️ How do I add a logo to the Gift Voucher activation email?
You can also add your organisation's logo to the Gift Voucher activation email. The image must meet the following requirements:
- dimensions: 510 × 510 pixels;
- maximum file size: 2 MB.
⚠️ Logo usage rights
By adding a logo to the Gift Voucher activation email, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use it, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. The quality of the final result depends on the resolution of the image you provide.
🔍 How do I check the preview of the Gift Voucher activation email?
As you customise the Gift Voucher activation email, the preview on the right updates in real time. This lets you see how the final email will look before it’s sent to your recipients.
The amount shown in the preview is for reference only: it does not reflect the actual amount allocated to each recipient when you place your Gift Voucher order.
