What should you do as an admin when cards expire?

When an employee's card expires, you don't need to do anything as an administrator. Your employee can order a new card from their account and choose whether to use it virtually only or order a physical card.

They can enter the delivery address of their choice and personalise the card's colour and PIN code 💌.

📆 When and how are your employees notified that their card is expiring?

Your employees will receive an email (and a notification on their app) on the first day of the month their card expires, and a reminder if needed 15 days later.

📱How can your employees order a new card?

To order their new card, your employees can click directly on the email they received, or log in to their Swile account. In "Menu" > "Cards", they just need to click the "+" button.
