If you change email addresses or delete ID numbers, please read the sections below 👇

✍️ Special case: Changing email addresses
  • 😬 If your employee hasn't been able to activate their Swile account: you can change their email address and then resend them an activation email. To do this:

    • Go to the Employees tab in your admin account
    • Search for the relevant user's profile and stay in the General tab.
    • Click on Resend invitation.

  • ✌️If your employee has already activated their account: you can only change the email address on the admin side. This won't affect your employee's login email. For security reasons, only your beneficiary can change their login email. We explain how they can do it here. In this case, change the information as explained at the beginning of this article 👆 up to the confirmation step. You simply won't be able to resend an invitation.

  • 🫣 If your employee no longer has access to their account: we invite them to contact our customer service.

Changing an employee's email address does not affect the reloading of their vouchers. They keep the same account.

🧐 Special case: Changing/deleting ID numbers

If the change involves a large number of employees, or the deletion of ID numbers, we invite you to contact us via your admin platform, or through our contact form.
