Does your Works Council have access to the "Personalised Offers" feature? In this article, we'll explain how to create personalised offers of the "Product" type.
- Go to your Gifts and Benefits admin area
- Click on Personalised Offers then on New Offer
- Select Product
- In the General Information section: Give your offer a title and description, add images/documents, and set who is eligible for this product. Click Next.
- In the Pricing section: Customise your offer by entering the title for the price, the initial product price, the discount (either as an amount or a percentage), the maximum number of items per recipient, and the stock. Click Next.
💡 You can set up several prices if you wish. To do this, first enter the details for your first price, then click Next.
Next, choose the accepted payment methods.
The payment methods are ticked for information only, as they are managed directly between you and your recipients - except if you choose the bank card option via the Swile payment module.
Enter the VAT rate and your different prices (if you want to add more than one).

In the Registration section, set the duration of the offer and whether you accept overbooking (if you allow overbooking, you may receive more registrations than the available stock).
Notifications are sent to your colleagues by email and on their mobile (via the app if they have enabled notifications) on the "start date" you have specified.
