How do I edit, archive or reactivate a personalised offer?

This article is for Gift and Benefits administrators who have the personalised offers module. As an administrator, you can manage your Swile personalised offers after they go live: edit them, duplicate them, archive them, and reactivate them if needed.

How do I edit, duplicate or archive a personalised offer?

To edit, duplicate or archive a personalised offer, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Go to the Gifts and Benefits menu.
  2. Step 2: Click on the Personalised Offers tab.
  3. Step 3: Click on the relevant personalised offer.
  4. Step 4: Click the button you want: Edit, Duplicate or Archive.

How do I reactivate an archived personalised offer?

You can't put an archived personalised offer back online directly. However, you can duplicate it to create an identical one (remember to update the dates if needed). Follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Go to the Gifts and Benefits menu.
  2. Step 2: Click on the Personalised Offers tab.
  3. Step 3: Go to the Archived tab.
  4. Step 4: Click on the relevant personalised offer.
  5. Step 5: Click Duplicate, then update the go-live date to put the personalised offer back in the spotlight.
