Does your Works Council have access to the "Personalised Offers" feature? In this article, we'll explain how to create personalised offers of the "Product" type.
- Go to your Gifts and Benefits admin area
- Click on Personalised Offers then on New Offer
- Select Product
- In the General Information section: Give your offer a title and description, add images/documents, and set who is eligible for this product. Click Next.
- In the Pricing section: Customise your offer by entering the price title, the initial product price, the discount (as an amount or percentage), the maximum number of items per recipient, and the stock. Click Next.
You can set up several prices if you wish. To do this, click on "+ Add a price" after confirming your first price.

In the Registration section, set the duration of the offer and whether you accept overbooking (if overbooked, you may receive more registrations than the available stock).
Finally, choose whether to notify employees by notification and/or email. Click Next and your offer is confirmed 🚀
