How to Create and Manage a Custom "Chèques-Vacances" Offer?

The personalised "Chèques-Vacances" offers help you simplify the process of preparing your Chèques-Vacances orders with the ANCV. To create one:

  • Click on Personalised offers then on New offer

  • Select Chèques-Vacances

  • In the General information section: Give your offer a title, add images/documents, and set who is eligible for this product. Click Next

  • In the ANCV details section: Specify whether you are offering paper cheques or ANCV Connect. Indicate your distribution method (home delivery or on-site). 
  • In the Pricing section: Customise the name of the offer's price, add a description, set the maximum amount per beneficiary, and the discount to apply. Click Next

You can set up several prices if you wish. To do this, click on "+ Add a price" after confirming your first price. 

  • In the Registration section, set the duration of the offer, and choose whether to notify employees by notification and/or email. Click Next and your offer is confirmed 🚀 

Notifications are sent to your employees by email and on their mobile (via the app if they have enabled notifications) on the "start date" you have specified.
