📱 How can I ensure my meal voucher recipients only have a virtual card?

By default, the option to order a physical card is enabled for all recipients with meal vouchers. As an administrator, you can restrict this option in your settings by disabling the ability to order physical cards for all your employees:

• Go to the "Settings" tab in the meal voucher programme
• In the "Usage Rules" section, untick the option "Allow ordering of physical cards".

💡This option is only available for the meal voucher programme.

👨‍💻 Can this rule be applied to certain employees only?

Yes, you can choose to enable or disable this feature for specific groups (for example: allow it for permanent staff and block it for interns). To do this:

• Go to the "Meal Vouchers" menu
• Click on the "Recipients" tab
• Find the relevant recipient and click on their profile
• In the meal vouchers section (at the bottom of the page), click the "Edit" button.

• Untick the "Allow ordering of physical cards" option and save.

🧐 Can users get around this restriction?

No. If you want to enforce virtual cards only, simply untick the option in your interface. The employee will not be able to convert their virtual card into a physical one.
