💡 Enter your TPE ID to accept Swile
The TPE ID is your merchant number from the contract with your bank or TPE provider. It is necessary to enter it in your affiliate area so that Swile payments are properly accepted at your establishment.
This will also allow you to track all transactions in real-time from your area.
Once your card machine IDs have been assigned by your bank, you can find them on the card receipts from your terminal, before your SIRET number.
💡 A single card machine can have 2 IDs = one ID for PIN code payments and one ID for contactless payments.
Go to the Settings > Card Machine IDs section;
Click on + Add at the top right of your screen;
Enter your ID which will be pending approval
⚠️ If you have multiple card machines, make sure to enter all your IDs.
⚠️ If your physical payment and contactless IDs are different, please register both.
Once your ID(s) are added, you don't need to do anything else in your Affiliate Space or on your machine. Our team will validate them to identify Swile transactions.
You won't be able to delete outdated IDs yourself, contact us via our contact form. We'd be happy to help!

If you use an independent card machine provider (Nayax, Sum Up, Smile and Pay, Lightspeed, Square up, Izettle, Pax) : Contact us by sending us a card receipt for both insertion and contactless. We will add your card machine IDs for you 🚀
