💡 Enter your TPE ID to accept Swile
The TPE ID is your merchant number from the contract with your bank or TPE provider. It is necessary to enter it in your affiliate area so that Swile payments are properly accepted at your establishment.
This will also allow you to track all transactions in real-time from your area.
Once your POS identifiers have been assigned to you by your bank, you can find them on the card receipts from your terminal, before your SIRET number.
💡 A single POS can have 2 identifiers = one ID for PIN code payments and one ID for contactless payments.
Go to the Settings > POS Identifiers section;
Click on + Add at the top right of your screen;
Enter your identifier which will be pending approval
⚠️ If you have multiple POS, make sure to enter all your identifiers.
⚠️ If your physical payment and contactless identifiers are different, please register both.
Once your identifier(s) have been added, you don't need to do anything else in your Affiliate Space or on your machine. Our team will validate them to identify Swile transactions.
You won't be able to delete obsolete identifiers yourself, contact us via our contact form. We will be happy to help you!
👉 Are you using an independent POS provider (e.g. Sum Up, Lightspeed, Smile and Pay...)?
If you are using an independent POS provider (Nayax, Sum Up, Smile and Pay, Lightspeed, Square up, Izettle, Pax) : Contact us by sending us a card receipt for both insertion and contactless. We will add your POS identifiers for you 🚀
The card machine ID is not visible on Flatpay receipts. Here's what to do:
- Contact Flatpay customer service to retrieve your card machine ID(s) (MID).
- Add your ID directly to your Swile account as indicated above (section "Add your card machine IDs").
