How to Find and Add Your TPE Identifiers

đź’ˇ Why enter your TPE ID?

Your TPE ID is your merchant number, provided in your contract with your bank or payment provider. You need to enter it in your Swile affiliate area so that Swile payments can be accepted at your establishment – and to track all your transactions in real time.

📦 I have a standard bank terminal — how do I add my IDs?

Your TPE IDs can be found on the card payment receipts from your terminal, before your SIRET number.

A single terminal can have 2 different IDs: one for PIN payments, and one for contactless payments.

Once you've found your IDs, add them to your Swile affiliate area:

  1. Go to Settings > TPE IDs ;
  2. Click on + Add at the top right of your screen ;
  3. Enter your ID – it will then be pending approval. Approval takes up to 48 working hours 📆

Once your IDs have been added, you don't need to do anything else. Our team will validate them to identify your Swile transactions.

Things to watch out for

If you have several terminals, make sure to enter all your IDs.
If your physical payment and contactless IDs are different, make sure to register both.

🔌 I use an independent payment provider (FlatPay, Qonto, Nayax, Sum Up, Smile and Pay, Lightspeed, Square Up, iZettle, Pax) – what should I do?

You no longer need to send us your card payment receipts. Please contact your payment provider directly and ask them to send your TPE IDs to Swile.
