To avoid any issues with your account, it’s important to let us know about any changes to your business’s situation.
👉 Change of Siret
If your Siret changes, or if a change of address leads to a new Siret, please contact the CNTR to obtain your new approval for accepting Swile cards.

👉 Change of manager without a change of Siret
If there’s a change of manager, please send us an up-to-date Kbis and the new manager’s contact details. We’ll need their full name, phone number, and email address.
👉 Request to cancel following the sale of your business
If you sell your business, you must contact us to end your contract.
If the company’s Siret has changed, please send us the deed of sale so we can cancel your contract.
If the business is closing permanently, simply send us a Kbis showing the end of activity.
👉 Subletting under management
If your business is being sublet, please let us know via our online form so we can block payments on your TPE credentials.
You’ll also need to provide us with your tenant’s 14-digit Siret number.
👉 Change of your business/trading name
Please send us an up-to-date Kbis so we can make the change as soon as possible.
