How to report a change in circumstances?

This article is for Swile affiliates (merchants and restaurateurs who accept the Swile card). To avoid any payment issues on your affiliate account, please let us know as soon as possible about any administrative changes to your business. Select the type of change that applies to you below to find out what steps to take.

🆔 Change of SIRET for my Swile affiliate business

A change of SIRET (or a change of address resulting in a new SIRET) requires a new authorisation to continue accepting Swile cards at your business. There are two steps to follow:

  • With the CNTR: contact the Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant to obtain your new authorisation.
  • With Swile: once your authorisation has been renewed, we will update your affiliate file.

⚠️ No new CNTR authorisation, no Swile acceptance

Until your new CNTR authorisation is obtained, your business will not be able to accept Swile card payments under the new SIRET.

👤 Change of manager without change of SIRET for my Swile affiliate business

If the manager of your business changes but the SIRET remains the same, please send Swile:

  • Updated Kbis: a Kbis showing the new manager.
  • New manager's contact details: full name, phone number and email address.

Send these documents via our contact form or from your Swile affiliate area by clicking on Help.

📮 Change of postal or billing address for my Swile affiliate business

Before taking any action, check whether your SIRET has changed following the move. A change of address can result in a new SIRET being issued by INSEE.

  • SIRET check: check your Kbis or the business directory to see if your Swile affiliate business SIRET has changed.
  • If the SIRET has changed: refer to the Change of SIRET section above. You must first obtain a new authorisation from the CNTR before Swile can update your affiliate file.
  • If the SIRET is unchanged: send Swile your new postal or billing address via our contact form, along with an updated Kbis.
🏷️ Change of business or company name for my Swile affiliate business

If you change your trading name or company name, there are two steps to take in parallel for your Swile affiliate business:

  • With the CNTR: contact the Commission Nationale des Titres-Restaurant to update your business name on your authorisation. This update is required for Swile cards to be accepted under the new name.
  • With Swile: send an updated Kbis via our contact form so we can update your affiliate file as soon as possible.
🔑 Placing my Swile affiliate business under lease management

If you place your business under lease management, please inform Swile so we can block payments on your current TPE credentials. To do this:

  • Contact form: contact us via our online form.
  • Lease manager's SIRET: provide us with the 14-digit SIRET of your lease manager.
📄 Cancelling my Swile affiliate contract following the sale or closure of my business

If you sell or permanently close your business, contact Swile to end your affiliate contract:

  • Sale with change of SIRET: send us the deed of sale so we can cancel your Swile affiliate contract.
  • Permanent closure: send us a Kbis confirming the end of activity.
