As an affiliate, you need to enter your TPE identifiers in your affiliate area so that Swile card payments are accepted at your establishment and to track your transactions in real time.
💡 What is a TPE identifier?
The TPE identifier is your merchant number, provided in the contract you signed with your bank or payment provider. This number is used to identify and track your Swile card transactions.
🏦 I have a standard bank terminal — how do I add my identifiers?
Your TPE identifiers can be found on the card payment receipts from your terminal, just before your SIRET number.
Once you've found your identifiers, add them in your affiliate area:
- Step 1: Go to the Settings > TPE Identifiers section of your affiliate area.
- Step 2: Click on + Add at the top right of the screen. If you don't see this button, you don't have admin rights: please contact the person who does in your organisation. If no one has admin rights in your entity, get in touch with us.
- Step 3: Enter your identifier. It will then be pending approval, which will be validated within 48 working hours.
Once your identifiers have been added, you don't need to do anything else: our team will validate them to identify your Swile transactions.
⚠️ Important points about your TPE identifiers
A single terminal can have 2 different identifiers: one for PIN code payments, and one for contactless payments. If these two identifiers are different, make sure to register both. And if you have several terminals, remember to enter all your identifiers.
🔌 I use an independent payment provider, what should I do?
Here is a list of our partners:
- Qonto
- Sum Up
- Sunday
- Viva Wallet
- Nayax
- Flatpay
- Market Pay
If your provider is on this list, you no longer need to send us your card payment receipts. Contact your payment provider directly and ask them to send your TPE identifiers to Swile.
Your TPE provider isn't on this list? Don't worry: you can share our FAQ with them to help with this process: TPE Providers: how to offer Swile card acceptance to your clients?
🔄 My TPE identifiers are no longer valid or I've changed banks, what should I do?
You can't delete your TPE identifiers yourself. Contact us via our contact form and specify which identifiers need to be removed: we'll be happy to help.
