If you manage several establishments, all your establishments are grouped together in a single Swile affiliate space when you sign up, provided you used the same email address. This makes managing them much easier.
To find all your affiliated establishments and their details, click the All entities button at the top left of your Swile affiliate space.
How do I group establishments linked to different email addresses?
If your establishments are linked to different email addresses, you can centralise their management under a single email address in your Swile affiliate space.
⚠️ Action reserved for administrators
This grouping of establishments can only be done by an administrator of the Swile affiliate space.
How do I add the new email address?
If the email address you want to link is already registered in our database, log in to your Swile affiliate space using the incorrect email address, then follow these steps:
💡 Practical example
You have two accounts, restaurant1@mail.com and restaurant2@mail.com, and you want to keep restaurant1@mail.com as your login address. Log in with restaurant2@mail.com to carry out this action: add restaurant1@mail.com there, then remove access for restaurant2@mail.com.
- Step 1: Click on Settings.
- Step 2: Open the Users tab.
- Step 3: Click Add at the top right.
- Step 4: Enter the email address you want to add.
- Step 5: Select the entity to link this address to.

Step 6: Choose the desired access level:
- User: limited access to viewing and downloading invoices.
- Administrator: access to all features.
- Step 7: Click Confirm.
How do I remove access for the old email address?
Once the new address has been added, remove access for the old address. Click the pencil icon next to the old address, then change its permissions.
🔓 Log out of the old account. Then log in with the email address you’ve kept: all your establishments will now be grouped there. You can find them using the All entities button at the top left of your Swile affiliate space. In our example, log in with restaurant1@mail.com to see all your establishments under this address.
