My balance still hasn't been credited, why is that?

We credit accounts as soon as your company administrator (the person in charge of employee benefits) places an order with us.

If your balance hasn't been credited yet, it means your administrator hasn't placed the order for your benefits, or we're still waiting for their payment 💰!

We recommend getting in touch with the person responsible for this in your company to find out when and how much your next top-up will be!

💡 Good to know

  • You can't top up your account yourself.
  • It's not possible to transfer paper vouchers to your Swile account.
